1. Services
Auspaint & Epoxy Floors provides professional painting and epoxy flooring services across Sydney and NSW. All services are delivered according to written quotations, agreements, or invoices issued by us.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Prices are based on information provided at the time of quoting. Additional works, changes to scope, or unforeseen site conditions may result in extra charges.
GST will be applied where applicable.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure bookings.
Payment terms will be outlined on invoices (typically progress payments or balance upon completion).
Late payments may attract interest charges and recovery costs.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of scheduled works.
We reserve the right to reschedule works due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Warranty
We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on all painting services and a 7-year workmanship warranty on epoxy flooring services, subject to proper care and maintenance.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, natural wear and tear, or structural issues outside our control.
6. Site Access & Safety
Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.
Any delays caused by restricted access, site hazards, or unsafe conditions may incur additional costs.
We comply with all relevant Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations.
7. Materials & Colours
We use high-quality paints, coatings, and epoxy products from trusted suppliers.
While every effort is made to match colour samples, slight variations may occur due to surface conditions, lighting, or batch differences.
8. Liability
Auspaint & Epoxy Floors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our liability is limited to re-performing services or refunding amounts paid, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and materials on our website are the property of Auspaint & Epoxy Floors and may not be used without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
